This is a great option for smaller properties who only occasionally have items left on the property. We charge per item picked up and in most cases junk is hauled away within 72 hours or less from the time you call.
At Waste Control Arizona, we are always devoted to making sure that residents get the most with every visit from us, maximizing convenience and reliability. We also work to eliminate the safety risks that may otherwise be present during nightly trips to the compactor or dumpster. We offer valet trash service, junk removal and trash outs.
Waste removal is an industry dedicated to assisting with the decluttering process. It is different from regular trash pickup. With a standard garbage company, you get a bin for your home or business that you keep permanently or indefinitely. You then fill that bin with your daily and weekly garbage and wait for trash day, at which point the company comes by with a garbage truck, dumps your junk, and hauls it away.
We start by providing each unit in the community with a 13-gallon trash container. Once residents have filled their container, they can place trash outside of their unit between the hours of 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to prepare the trash for pickup. Our valet trash porters then retrieve trash while adhering to the set industry-standard schedule. Our porters will show up on the property from Sunday to Thursday between the hours of 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Upon arriving, porters collect the trash from all containers using leak-proof satchels. They then dispose of the trash in the community’s dumpsters or compactors on-site. Immediately following the pickup and disposal of trash, our staff will clean around the trash disposal area and will conclude their visit with us.

A routine schedule from 1 day/week to 5 days/week.
This is a great service to maintain a balanced budget. We have a monthly set rate and come to your location anywhere from 1 pick up to 5 pick ups per week.
